We want your D'Light order to reach you safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. These are estimates and can vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or high order volume (e.g. holiday season).
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all orders of $80 or more
- Orders under $80 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout based on your location
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments outside the country of origin, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
